Euthnasia's original founder, Ricky “Rickche, born in Salinas, Ca, has been on the grind since the age of 14 years old. He and longtime neighborhood friend, Ces “Remarkable", originally started as The Kennedy Street Assassins, "KSA", a break-dancing group. As b-boy/popping partners, they took 1st place at many dance competitions. One such as, the Best of Best' 09. So dedicated to this lifestyle, they transitioned into other areas of the Hip-Hop Culture. The two became Mcee's and have been mixing and producing beats ever since .
The group changed their name from "KSA" to Euthnasia in December,1999. Later adding key members to the group, like Barbara “Babs”, a Brazilian female vocalist, and DJ's, Mike T and Scarecrow. For now, Rickche and Scarecrow are the only two active members of Euthnasia.

The two have spent countless hours writing, mixing, and producing tracks for the upcoming album, "Under This Roof".
Euthnasia, have their 2nd album, soon to be released in June 2010. On that album, a song written by lead vocalist, Rickche (rickochet), “Find Home”, has dedicated this song to everyone who has ever felt left out, out of place; or as they don’t belong, homeless, or just plain lonely. All other songs are upbeat, clever and full of raw emotion
Motivation:
While every member is unique, their motivation and passion for Hip-Hop is the same. They want to bring back originality and realness. Back to the hip-hop that made them love it. The same hip-hop that people say is dead today. They believe people are tired, bored and unamused with what's on the radio today because a majority of the songs, sound like something already heard or undone. It is bad enough when you add that to beats that are produced by those chasing the trend and playing it safe. It then sounds like one song blending with the next, without having tried. Euthnasia not only runs away from sounding like somebody else, entirely, they run away from sounding like something they might have done prior to it. To breathe new life into the music they once loved.
Our Music
The only way to describe Euthnasia's music is something you would expect, meets something never done. To describe it in one word: Refreshing. Their music speaks for itself. When people can be touched by it, the group is thankful. Grateful to produce music that people can enjoy and respect. Never the less, past performances have proven, Euthnasia gives fans what they want to hear, the unexpected.
At past performances, people said Euthnasia's delivery was insane. Amy, a radio DJ from Jamin 97.9 Radio Station stated, “I was blown away by your performance. Your delivery was insane! The crowd went crazy!”
